Heat oil, add the marinated chicken in it.Cook until it turns golden brown in color or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove it from heat and keep aside.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in another pan, add cumin, cloves, green cardamoms, bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and sauté. Add onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.Add coriander powder, crushed black pepper, tomato ketchup, salt and mix well. Now, add the cooked chicken and yogurt and water and let cook.Add all spice powder, dry fenugreek and cook for few minutes on medium heat. Garnish with ginger and coriander.   Sehri Qeema: Beef Mince   1/2 kg Yogurt    1 cup Lemon    1 Fried Onions   1 cup Salt   to taste Oil    1/2 cup Cumin    1 tsp Papaya paste   1 tbsp Chili sauce  1 tbsp Red chili flakes  1 tsp All spice powder  1 tsp Turmeric   1 /2 tsp Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp Green chilies   as required Green coriander  as required  Method : Marinate the mince with papaya paste, chili sauce, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, cumin, and all spice powder, mix well. Add fried onions, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and marinate. Heat oil, add in the marinated mince and cook coveredtill done.When water dries, add chopped green coriander, green chillies, a squeeze of lemon juice and serve with paratha or chapatti.  Fried Lady Finger:  Ingredients: Sliced lady finger  300 gm Oil    1 tbsp Salt    to taste Red chili powder  to taste  Method: Brush the fryer with oil and spread sliced lady finger in the fryer pan.  Select the menu by pressing healthy fry button and turn the knob til H8 displayed. Press CONFIRM/ +30S/ START button. Wait for the buzzer sound to preheat the oven. Put the fryer pan on the tripod stand and place into the oven. Again press CONFIRM/+30S/ START button. After 5 minutes press the stop button, take out the pan, stir the lady finger and grease with remaining oil. Then press CONFIRM/+30S/ START button again to start cooking. After the sound of beep, take out the lady finger and toss with salt and red chili powder. Serve hot with chapatti.'
